Before we start, here is the setup I used for clear: -A Livid Dagger w/ T5 Enchants, Soul Eater 4, Hot Potato Books, Fanged Reforge, Fine Jasper, 5 Star, Syphon 4. -Full Shadow Assassin w/ Fine Jasper, Hot Potato (fuming on helmet... I finally completely max my livid dagger. See how much more dmg I do? Watch to the end to find out...This setup also is decent outside of dungeons, meaning this is a very good setup to use. Yes Early-Game Floor 2 Completion This isn't a very good weapon, but a somewhat cheap one that has a lot of Intelligence. No Early-Game Floor 4 Completion Essentially a budget Livid Dagger with easier requirements, this sword can have some use. it's a bad reforge if you think about it. Cd and str are equal after the str nerf. Suspicious reforge gives 7% cc and 85cd and Withered gives 135 str + your cata level. 7% cc on livid dagger is useless and str and cd being equally important it's better to get whatever gives the most stats, that is withered

Backstab only works when you hit them in the back, and most of the time a mob is gonna be facing you, and you can just reforge talis for attack speed. which loses damage. not to mention crit dmg stat. fot is better at any rate. and speaking of fots, why the hell does yours have 0 stars.Reaction score. 818. If you're berserk, you should have fabled on all your dungeons swords. There's something that multiplies fabled +20%, pretty sure its stars and catacombs level, but it could just be berserk's 80% extra damage, or both. Storm gives 5 less strength and crit damage but 50 more intelligence. The extra crit chance from ancient is really useful though if you aren't using livid dagger. So imo, ancient storm is better but necrotic necron is slightly more tankier as it gives 20 def more per piece.

It's so good. With full SA + Livid Dagger and full blessings I usually reach 2000+ strength and 1600-2000 critical damage. Livid Dagger is still possibly the best DPS sword* *this is to my understanding, which may be flawed. The 100% attack speed is still ridiculous, and practically allows you to infinitely combo the giants and the golems.

I'd say sf is a downgrade if you dont have the attack speed yourself, but other than that, its better than ld for single hit damage.

The End Island: -look at guide for floor 1 to get a dreadlord. -add ender slayer 5. -you should be able to 1-tap top level enderman. -top floor enderman have higher chance of dropping ender armor. -Common or Uncommon enderman pets are decent for early game you will probably get a couple. My friend calculated it, withered is only better on Daedalus axe. Also fabled is even better on a livid dagger because of the 20% more damage chance, which will proc more often because of attack speed. The only chance withered is better is at about cata 46+. withered is still the best, provided you have a decent cata lvl. Livid Dagger is a really good weapon after aotd bridging the early game to mid game. And SA Armor is just a really good armor that will be useful through out the entire mid game.
