A few I didn't know diagnosis based off vignette, but I only hit 75% of UW so thats the way the cookie crumbles. My UWSA1 was 260 so I felt ok to not do another test before. Our school just took 106 as our official COMSAE to be released to take Level 1. Many of the questions were purposefully vague and often, questions had a single buzz word that would change the diagnosis/bug/etc. Most of my class plans to take COMLEX Level 1 within the next four weeks.

Comsae's were no where close to my actual for both level 1 and level 2 (overprojected me for level 1 and underprojected me for level 2).
