Relic inactive Osteo Striga. Hello and sorry if it’s a repost (searched the sub but didn’t find anything) I bought and beat the Witch Queen campaign and now I was trying to craft Osteo striga after also finishing lightfall. However when I go to the enclave there is a prompt that says “relic inactive” and I can’t craft anything.

So then How did the funnel relic I had turn into the active version. No did not have an 'extra' inactive one (I checked) - just before tutorial ended it was inactive, after = active. Found the funnel one again in a 2nd play though but so far it has not become active.(And am much further along this go-around than before)
