Better trigger and better sights and better overall feel, and better accuracy at least for me. Beauty of the 19 is in it's adaptability. Extended mags, RDS, threaded barrel, WML, you've got a capable fighting pistol. Take the light off and use a flush mag and you can conceal it pretty easily. Having said that, off duty I've been carrying a 43x MOS and that thing packs a lot of features into a small package too.
