It does say on the clear blue test that the result might not be accurate after 5 minutes i think it is. I would try a pink dye test like first response instead. I had an evap line on a clear blue test back in February. Was convinced it was a positive but didn't have another test to take. Turns out it wasn't. 1.

I’m not sure why the line disappeared. They say in the instructions not to read the test after 10 minutes. A lot of tests say that the results should be read in a certain timeframe and if you read them at a later point they may be inaccurate. This is especially true of the digital ones.
