To add another remote, or erase and reprogram, I am following up the manual to press the Learn button. but the button doesn't feel right, might be stuck. I'd like to open the head and see if the Learn button can be fixed.Place the garage door opener into “learn” mode by pressing the small square colored button, or the small round black button on a Genie, located behind the light bulb globe … Release # and 8 buttons. At this point, if the back lit keypad light stays on, proceed directly to step 2. If the back lit keypad light goes out, close the cover pad and reopen it until it clicks. Proceed to step 2. Press 3, 5, 7 and # buttons in said order. Enter your PIN and press the # button. Find the Learn button on the back or sides of your garage door opener’s motor unit.
