I just had a look at their raw stats using the pipi server management tool, the greater sabertooth has slightly more raw HP and armour then the white tiger, and gains slightly more HP per point of vitality, however it doesn't seem to gain any more damage per point of str and both pets have the same melee damage multiplier, so their damage output should be the same if all other factors are equal.
