@presidentaltj I'm seeing the same issue. When I go to manage superstars: defense, under my active superstars it shows Jamal Adams but does not show up in my players able to activate/deactivate (my powerup Jamal Adams doesn't have abilities or x-factors).
As far as I know there is no update, but I also haven't tried playing superstar mode since. This is making the game mode not really fun after the first season. Have now played 3 seasons, and X factor ability appears in game. My theory is you have to earn a spot in the 50 xfactors players in the league. Sooo it’s February 2023 and I am still having this issue on Madden 23 Game Pass. I had my Xfactor ability for the first season and now it never works. It doesn’t even show up on the pre-game screen. I’ve tried resetting my abilities and skills, turning them off and on, neither of which helped.For instance I try to begin a game with the Bucs, who have Mike Evans and his Double Me X-Factor. I go into the pre-game menu (where you can view X-Factor abilities, change uniforms, etc.) and the top three players for each team are shown. My opponents have X-Factor abilities as noted by the icon next to their pictures.Zone Ability is only not shown in Franchise Mode both Cloud and Offline for Keenan Allen and T. Y Hilton.
