The guys at Brattains IH said Nstar is still making the 9.3L engines with SCR after treatment , said the new engines are called N9&10. Said they're trying to disassociate with the Maxxforce name, mainly because of the MF13 problems. Guess they made tons of the 13's for the over the road market.
