As I understand, the permanent banner has it's own seperate pity counter. My questioin is, do event banners and non-event pick up banners share a pity? The rates for reverse 1999 is 1.5% with 70 pity. And the monthly income is 34.88 pulls without event. So you can save for a pity every 2 months. Fyi they release 2 6* every 6 weeks. With the income from events, you could probably take a shot at pity once every patch (but good luck with 50/50). In my book this is pretty good already.
