The toughest thing about Spire is that it is a marathon and not a sprint. Boss damage WILL be miniscule compared to any other dungeon or solo boss encounter. The whole dungeon demands consistency rather than precise execution. Regardless of your loadout, it will likely take you a minimum of 5 phases to kill each boss.
