Lucky's criteria is deliberately designed to filter out bots, boosters who never played much, and free trial accounts. 3.Jp server is far better ping wise. Just pick tonberry or kujata, lots of english speaking players, and majority are from singapore. JP servers are about a 50-90ms lower difference from the OCE servers for me (also from Singapore) but YMMV. Would recommend the JP servers, specifically Tonberry, Kujata, or Typhon.

A bunch of Filipino players like me play on Tonberry for example. OCE Players usually play on JP servers. Tonberry has the biggest international community there.
