Maine Dirt Bike Laws: Trails, neighborhoods, private properties, and off-roads are the best places to ride dirt bikes in Maine. Without registration, dirt bikes are not allowed for riding on public roads or highways. For Maine residents, the registration fee is $33, and it is valid for one year.Ride through and around the Twin Cities where you'll enjoy scenic views and the opportunity to cycle alongside the Mississippi River.
