Cadillac cue not working.

Now I have to remove it and reinsert it to get recognized by CUE. I checked the USB stick out on my PC, even running diagnostics on it and it works perfectly. 3195 posts · Joined 2004. #2 · Jul 27, 2019 (Edited) Since the CUE system controls the AC system, you need to get that checked out first. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Then ensure the steering wheel controls communicate with the CUE.Remove from cue blue tooth list. Remove from phones Bluetooth list. Goto settings in cue and remove all devices from CarPlay list. Turn car off and open and close door to reset cue. Turn car on. Re-pair device to blue tooth. Once paired and connected plug usb cord for car play synchronization and confirmation.The CUE Faceplate on our 2018 Cadillac Escalade EXT is not working 100%. Occasionally the buttons will work but not consistently. When you first turn the vehicle on it generally works for one command and then doesn’t respond any longer. Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.
