I would say focus on resting your mind so you can take that 350 question exam to the best of your ability. I got a 521 on 108 and a 621 on the real deal. However my 110 score and real score were the same because somehow I performed better on 110 even though I thought it was hard.Taking comsae 111 next week and need to get a 450 in order to sit for comlex.
