The only thing I know about it is that it is quite old, but the serial number is not like other Dan Wesson's. After comparing it to a few photos of revolvers being sold on GunBroker, I just had to ask here if anyone knows more about the serial number. It is SD015488, with Monson, Mass. U.S.A above it. superdan.

I recently bought another Dan Wesson, the seller stated it was a 357 with a 4"HV barrel. When it got here it was a 22lr with a 4" HV barrel so I thought what the heck all my 22's are euro target guns. Why not a wheel gun. Any help on the age would be great serial #9151.
