But I want to make sure that these will fit into the head on my M. If someone has experience with this stuff please let me know if this will work or ...

What you have there is a gas head off of eather a late super M or a 400, these heads are the same as a 450 gas head and is a lot better head than the 8060 casting that a M would have had, so I would assume that your M has a after-market lp conversion. Stay away from the 8704 head which is the distillate head. Yes, the 400 and 450 gas heads will work. Not sure of the numbers. The 450 LP head # is 364586. The gas 400 head # might be 356994. Marv
