Each of these bosses drops a fragment of power (used to get schematics from the central tower or increase your feat points by ten), most drop skeleton keys (good for legendary chests), and some have larger loot pools with items like poisoned/diseased daggers, helmets that repair your weapons, etc. Legendary repair kits are also a win.
