2007 suzuki king quad 700 problems.
I fixed a similar sounding problem a few years ago on my 2007 King 700. The fix was (as found on this forum) to add an additional ground cable from the negative battery terminal to the frame. I could not believe it was that simple! It would usually start ok and idle for a while but after the engine was warm, it did not want to idle.

May 31, 2009 · to fix it you have to make either the electric motor turn forward (via phyicaly turning by hand or electricity) to advance the cogs in the dif. and get it in the same place as the computer thinks it is in! the computer knows what it happerning in the dif via the round electric ccontact pad on the left side of the dif.

I would probably start by checking the valve lash and checking for any air leaks. Then I might move to the carb if you are still having problems. It could. Lots of hard to start or no starting problems on the kings come back to this issue and its something easy to check.
