You will likely know when. But you will most likely have a very fast delivery so be prepared for it. You can go from 1-100 quickly.Also if you want baby to come at 39 weeks I wouldn't be doing things to help induce labor. While they likely won't work early, I wouldn't start doing anything special til around 38 weeks at the earlier.
