I'm in the same boat. We went in Thursday for our first ultrasound where I should've been approximately 8 weeks. The fetal pole was measuring around 6 weeks 5 days with no detectable heartbeat. I did labs yesterday and will repeat Tuesday with a follow up ultrasound Wednesday.
