Cetus wisp acquisition. I am trying to get a lot of Cetus wisp to build the 223 amp but it is the rarest thing when I do bounties. I’ve also seen that you can go by lakes/rivers to get one before they fly away, but I never see any when I try that method. Do I just have bad RNG or is there something I’m doing wrong. They do spawn near bodies of water from what I've seen, but I believe they have a resource indicator on your minimap (if you have a mod that shows you where resources are) and that helps a bit.
