Fins ai tweaks.

AI is often super dumb and non-reactive. they'll know im there and just crouch in a spot, motionless, letting me kill them. rarely AI will move in more realistic ways, but most of the time they dont. they feel less like bots and more like mannequinns. AI extremely delayed. they'll ADS staring right at me for like 3 seconds before shooting. I plan on using Fin's Ai Tweaks to adjust the spawn rates cause it's taken me over 20 raids in factory just to get 1 PMC kill near offices, hell i just finished getting the 7 USEC kills at lvl 25. I just downloaded SPTarkov and have been having a blast. I also downloaded Fin's AI Tweaks to make fighting rogues and raiders more fun instead of unfair. However I noticed that the mod has changed the way bosses spawn, more specifically that Bigpipe spawns on every map instead of his designated ones while none of the other bosses spawn.
