Ford f250 on 37s.

I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.Heck with a set of Street Scene cut out flares you can probably run 40's on stock wheels with a 2.5" lift but that would be a ton of cutting and the rub on the radius arms would be crazy. The 6.2 with 3.73s will be a dog, I'm willing to bet even with 4.30s. Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. Those tires are basically 33's and it does just fine, but you would definitely want a steeper gear with 37's.

It is extremely similar but shorter! It has the 148" wheelbase vs the 160" wheelbase and the total length (bumper to bumper) is under 20ft! Rarely have driven empty but would be 14mpg or better depending. Trailer towing it is around 10mpg. Just got the PSC hydro assist ram installed.
