The sabertooth, on the other hand, is too strong. To fix this, they are nerfing them and making the scorpion and gorilla stronger. Once this is done, they will dial them in to balance them. it is a similar process to what they did already with the thralls.

Sand Reaper Queen isn't as useful in PvP apparently (I can only guess because she's slower moving, telegraphed attacks, larger hurtbox, etc).
