CHICAGO - To provide financial relief to residents with tolling violations, state Rep. Fran Hurley, D-Chicago, is highlighting the Tollway Relief Program, which allows drivers to pay off their fines for a reduced cost until 5 pm on Dec. 30. "The Tollway Relief Program is a much-needed opportunity for residents to relieve themselves of outstanding fees," said Hurley.
