It's goal is to achieve a very soft yet grandiose mood, and to be overall more coherent than the default soundtrack. There is a resource manager in the applet in the lower right by the staging button. You open the manager, add the fuel tanks you want to transfer to and from, select which are transferring fuel in or out, and then press the button to start the transfer.
