Otherwise, the loss of Ibrahim the Governor and the Janisssaries hurt significantly regarding Suleiman’s domination game. What Muhteşem Suleiman does bring to the domination game is the +4 combat ... Which is why Russia is not actually a powerful civ. Anyone is good with dance of the aurora and work ethic if they have tundra. Without any inherent benefits to tundra besides a bit of faith (which is not exactly hard to come by), Russia is actually not very good thanks to how shitty tundra is on its own. 1. HiddenSage. The civ is the key. Bull Moose in bunch of rainforest isn’t great b/c the appeal of rainforest suck. This gif is the most redundant thing I have ever seen. It's so redundant that it's artfully redundant. You pay 2k to put on an uncomfortable helmet instead of a screen. It's slow and somewhat unreliable. Violent domination with really any even remotely domination-leaning civ is better. Eleanor is only good with exploiting game modes, but those aren't part of a standard config which is usually taken as basis for comparison if nothing other is mentioned.

Babylon is pretty stupid, but it's RNG dependent since the most broken starts require specific spawn resources. The 3 best all around civs are Gaul, Gran Colombia, and Russia. Gaul can win any victory condition easily with its production. Russia and Gran Colombia just coast to culture and domination wins respectively. …

In Civ 7 I would like to see Building on the Moon/Mars. It would be amazing to develop a colony on the moon in the form of regular Civ gameplay. It would be interesting to see a special Moon civic/science tree. It would also make sense to have special moon luxury or strategic resources as an incentive to colonize. 15.IV - Beyond the Sword (I think it was called) is in general widely regarded as the best Civ by far. II is my personal favourite (nostalgia reasons, and it was a MASSIVE upgrade from OG Civ).
