Perfecta - the majority of tickets sold by third parties are non-refundable. If you paid money and they purchased you a non-refundable ticket then the airline has the money. I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google.
