I can understand MangaDex being slow because of the great MangaRock migration, but 2-5 Minutes slow FOR A SINGLE PANEL? Unacceptable. Also What the heck is up with Tachiyomi?? It's as slow as mangadex and whenever I try to download a manhwa, it'll just stay stuck in "queued" and will never actually download it.

It's github's terminology/ feature. Think of it like cloning or copying tachiyomi and working on that while the original is free to do whatever it wants as a separate being (in this case get deleted). It's a separate repo "forked" off of tachiyomi's original repo.
Go to tachiyomi settings > backup > create legacy backup. Once you've done that, go to neko settings > backup > restore backup > choose the tachiyomi backup file. Neko will automatically add the mangadex manga list and ignore the non mangadex ones.
