I ended up comfortably passing the actual IM boards and subspecialty boards in the 50th+ percentile when I actually dedicated myself to studying.

MKSAP and Board Basics are key. 100% of the exam comes from board basics. It's amazing that even exact pictures from MKSAP and Board Basics are the same ones for the exam. UWorld is overkill and honestly taking time away from reading through board basics a second time. Study early and study hard. You got this!
