After the 1st RRECS count and we got our numbers - I was at about 11.6 evaluation - so when they did the next couple RRECS counts to fix whatever problems there were - my numbers went up slightly even more. I have been working the same hours for the past 3-4 years and not being paid for it and not getting cut.

We are only counting letter and flats that are worked by the clerks in the office as well as letter mail exceptions/errors pulled from dps. Every 4 inverted letters in the dps is one random/raw letter credit. DPS is heavier in the Fall, so more will theoretically be pulled out and counted as raw. However if MMS occurs when mail volume is down, raw mail will also be down.
