There are no good Economy Plus seats with windows on United 737-700 aircraft. The row 7 bulkhead seats have no under the seat storage. The rest are missing windows in window seats or have poorly aligned seats so your shoulder is on a rib of the plane or the ducting which limits shoulder room. The -800/900 versions aren't a lot better.
