Amazon prime keeps crashing on roku.

Amazon Prime Video is installed on my Roku Home Screen. When I highlight the channel and launch, the channel starts and I see all of the videos (movies and TV) available. When I select a particular video and launch, I am immediately returned to the Roku Home Screen. This behavior happens with every video on the Amazon Prime Video channel.I did that when I first noticed the issues with prime video, haven't done the same with netflix. For prime it mostly happened with 4k content, Netflix is crashing after the episode starts via auto play. The TV is fully up to date. The TV will also get a bar of white static near the top every once in awhile.
