Gained at least 10 mph top speed and sounds awesome. I should have installed new lifters (40,000 miles on bike) just to be sure especially when you get it all apart. I also installed an Energy clutch which much tighter than the stock kit. I wouldn't get a baffle any larger than 1 3/4". Vance & Hines power duals are pretty decent, the Kuryaky Crusher Mellow mufflers work pretty good. Cams are a tough choice, a lot depends on your tastes and riding style. Just to throw a few out, Screamin Eagle 254 seems to work well, T-Man 555 Torqster, Wood TW222, Head Quarters HQ500.
