Jul 20, 2022 · One of the things I think I would like to try is oversizing the chlorine generating capability and running the chlorinator at a lesser cycle and see what kind of extended cell life I cound get, if any. The Core only has four power settings, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, so you are going to have to adjust both run time and power level to dial it in.
It will vary from pool to pool. With a properly sized filter, run times of 3 – 4 hours per day should be sufficient. However, if the filter is small or the pool is in a leafy or dusty location, it will be necessary to increase filtration times.
