Traveluro would not allow me to cancel a hotel reservation, despite willing to forgo a re-fund. HORRIBLE! What sort of company refuses to cancel a service that you have already paid for & request no refund for. I’ll never book with Traveluro again - and you shouldn’t either. Please note that Algotels are part of a collection of companies which includes GoSplitty Travel, Traveluro and Holisto and the support contacts will variably flag up as those different brands when you contact them.More shockingly, they said they'd wouldn't have honored the Trivago rate of $137 stating that their lowest rate is $252 for the same room. Total waste of a morning.
