You can use it as a secondary weapon and use the Ash of War as a pretty effective finisher in pvp.miquella sword has a unique heavy attack but thats the only interesting thing about it, its got the unoriginal sacred blade aow and doesnt hit that hard, marika hammer hits hard af. Use the Golden Epitaph... it also has an inherent damage boost against the undead. I use it to wreak havoc on death rite birds. The stance damage is pretty similar and good for both.
