This area was blocked in Story mode REDUX, for avoid that some player exploring Milton climb there. In the "lead by hand, easy mode" Story mode, the player can't access the Moose, Bear area of Milton. Ahead trailer are rocks blocking the road - in Story mode , is open for Survival, but they forget to remove the rocks near rope in survival.

Ravine is the only place I've ever been IIRC that I didn't find a rope in. That was only a couple times. I can't recall any ropeless points in Milton map.
