Several talents allow you to perform Strength-based things with your Constitution score instead. Dex: AC, Reflex saves, and Form Infusion DC’s. This build is specifically built with RTWP in mind. I used it and still had a blast, pun intended, but Kinetic Blade was a waste. It doesn't work properly in turn based mode.
