Combined with the imprint settings I listed earlier it lets me hatch, imprint (most are 10%+ by imprint), fill the troughs and then just leave them overnight when I log out. When I get on the next day they're all fully grown. I've found it to be a good balance for my server so that breeding still takes time, but not forever.

Plus, even though it says "3%", it is most likely a decimal number being rounded but it will add up to 100% in the end.
