Aug 13, 2022 · And for the valve clearances, I've heard two different specs, one is intake 0.004" and exhaust 0.006", and that other I heard from a youtuber who claimed this bike had 'very tight' valve clearances, said 0.002" intake, and 0.004" exhaust. 0.002" intake, and 0.004" exhaust is correct. Those are averages.

The Grizzly and King Quad have come a long way, probably two of my favorite quads over the years. Both of these come with power steering but I almost like the King Quad styling a little more.

Quad runs fine, idles good and starts every time. But when going through trails at low speeds, just as you let off the Throttle or touch the throttle it cuts off. Hit the start button starts perfect. Jul 15, 2014 · ALSO check engine mounts. If motor is sagging in front theres an easy 5 hour job. Check front diff seals for leaks by rubbing finger under where the cv joints go in. CHECK air box for dirt, take filter off check throttle body.

The vacuum line that is on the right front side (typically a plastic L piece) is the one that goes to the back of the fuel pump. The one on the top front is most likely the petcock one.
