My passenger window does this (2019 Outback Limited). It’ll go almost all the way up then back down. I tried a weird reset that I found for a different Subaru car model but that didn’t work. It does seem like it senses something there and won’t go up…the anti entrapment feature.
It’s inconsistent whether it unlocks all doors, or just the driver’s door. The car is set to ‘unlock driver’s door only’, and more often than not, it unlocks all doors.
