Hi, I am a M3 soon to be M4 needing to make a career decision very soon and am quite lost. Was 95% set on Rad Onc for most of med school and made myself competitive for it (260+ step 1, ~10 publications by the time I submit ERAS) but considering the dismal/worsening job market I am very unsure of the field.
