And I have a problem with Overwatch rifle, wicht I got for Panam`s quest. When I`m trying to improve it to epic level, it suddenly become very week and doesn`t much my level. I can`t even improve it to my level - I don`t have enought materials. My other guns drop just fine. So it's just permanently clogging up my inventory. I am getting the same issue. It’s a glitch, the only way I’ve found to fix it is during the “automatic love” mission you get just a while after you get the gun. When they take your weapons, you get it back and it’s fixed.
