Dasher wont let me log in.

Question. I already got temporarily suspended for not putting in my correct info (long story too agitated to explain). I was still able to login though. I tried to use the fingerprint login this morning and it would work. So I reset my password and now i can't login at all. Female dasher here. It takes me a minute or 2 to upload pictures, message customer, get through the prompts, and set my gps before I can leave. I've been having a similar issue, but I had Covid and they gave me covid assistantce. They suspended my account until I provided medical papers saying I was no longer positive, which I did, and I subsequently got an email my account was unsuspended, but I still can't schedule a dash.
