Wendigo and Regnant are better. The best damage perks Koraxis can get is only Full Court and Frenzy while Wendigo not only can it get those but it can also get cascade point and Explosive Light. Which EL just blows everything else out the water. Regnant can also get EL too. The one up Koraxis has is that it's the only good Strand heavy for damage.
