One solution offered up that was said to work was to unhook the negative cable from the battery and give it a couple of minutes and then hook it back up again. Source said that fixed his radio issue. It seems that the functionality of the infotainment system is severely limited without it. For instance , I have to use Android Auto on my phone for navigation.
