Seeing that it is detected in the XP Pen app, I think there is a problem with the Clip Studio settings.I am using a Wacom One 13 and I usually restart Wacom services to fix this issue, but that isn't working anymore. To test if it was my tablet I downloaded Krita and the pressure works fine there. I personally still prefer Sai's main brushes, but it doesn't take much to get some really excellent brushes for Clip Studio and the application is much more expansive with plenty of tools for all artists. I'm not sure how to fix this, however. There are settings for each brush that allow you adjust how the brush responds to pressure. Change the size/pressure line curve in the settings, move the middle of the line closer to the bottom right or top left depending on what outcome you want.
