I use this ephemera on my operator. It is constantly not showing its appearance in game, unless I un-equip and then re-equip it. It also vanishes constantly in mid mission. Protovyre ephemera ranks up by collecting focus not relics. Assuming you meant syandana and not ephemera try running Hepit in the void solo. 1 min runs with a relic or aya every time.
